Shipping Policy

We provide free logistics for all products, please note that there is no need to pay any fees to the logistics company!

  1. After you purchase a product, we will send the order information to your email within 1-2 minutes. Please ensure your address and identity information are correct to avoid any errors.
  2. The tracking number will be emailed to you within 48 hours on a business day.Before shipment, we rigorously inspect the product's appearance, functionality, accessories, and packaging to ensure everything is correct. Please be patient and wait for our prompt dispatch. Thank you!

Wrong address or delivery to an alternative address may be subject to a £13.50 change of address fee.
Due to Covid-19, there will be some delays in delivery.

All orders are usually shipped on the same day or the next business day after payment is received. However, during peak season, orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days after receipt (excluding holidays or rest days). After we ship, it takes 2-5 business days to deliver.

14-Day Return Policy

Our customers are very important to us. If you are not satisfied with an item for any reason, you may return it to us within 14 days from the date we received your order (see details below). You may choose to exchange the returned item for another item, have the money credited to your account for a future purchase, or have the money refunded to your credit card.

You will only be charged for shipping and a 15% restocking fee. Here are the refund conditions.

Returns

If you would like to return an item, please email us. Before emailing us, please make sure you have read the following:

Items must be returned in their original packaging.
All original packaging, polybags, display boxes, and hang tags must be included.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
We are not responsible for the package until it reaches our warehouse. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you purchase insurance for the package and obtain a tracking number before sending it back to us.

Cancelling an Order

If you place an order with us and decide to cancel the order while it is on its way, you will be responsible for all shipping costs. Once the package has been shipped, you will be charged for shipping to and from your location. Cancellations are also subject to a 15% restocking fee. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us before returning your item.

You can cancel your order free of charge before the product is shipped, please check with shop customer service to see if the product has been shipped! We will process your order within 1-3 business days!
